The Everett Care Network

Care is rarely one service. Everett helps coordinate the right combination at the right time—so families aren’t left to connect the dots alone. With consent, we coordinate across home health, non-medical caregiving, placement/care coordination, mobile physicians, mobile wound care support, and hospice collaboration when appropriate. Services may be provided by separate legal entities and are subject to eligibility and availability.

Our Process

We’ve made our process simple, transparent, and stress-free — so you can focus on what matters most.

Step 1

We confirm basic details, insurance and service area, and coordinate next steps.

Step 2
Plan of Care

We work with the physician to align nursing/therapy services and visit frequency.
